March 14th, 2002, Hawthorne, NY - Sprint E|Solutions and IPO2U.COM have entered a business agreement effective as of march 13th, 2002. By this agreement, Sprint will provide IPO2U.COM's network and hosting services requirements and will support IPO2U.COM's E-Commerce Voice Solution with its carrier network. The companies agree to explore, market and support each other's products as business partners. Sprint will assist IPO2U.COM to make a smooth transition to move its IT operation to Sprint's Data Center in the coming months and grow its business.  IPO2U.COM will explore possibilities of extending Sprint's toll free and other phone services to its customers and business communities incorporating the I800 Directory service and Mi-Card product.
