a new version, CodecPhone V.5, of Internet calling software. The new version
addresses the pre-recorded phone response and multi-level selection menu issue
by offering the caller the ability of entering numerical key code while in a
VOIP session.
In today's business
environment, call center solution has been proliferating. Often customers
calling a business only get greeted with a recorded response directing the
customer to wade through a multi-level selection menu or waiting cycles. Even
